It's very sad to write this comment,but because of the poo customer service and nothing professionals that are in this bank i have to do it.Especially the Assistant Manager Laura Nott,who doesn't have the minimum sense of customer service,It seems a lie that an entity as serious as a bank hasthese kinds of people in charge.
ATM had an error and failed to dispense my withdrawal of $660.00 last weekend. Spoke with a branch representative who was awesome and he advised me that the ATM electronically recognized that no money was dispensed and automatically initiated a call for service. However, it was still my responsibility to call BOA customer service to report the incident and get my money electronic balance corrected (BOA has $660 coming out of ATM on my balance).
