Customer service representative was exceptional. I was unable to accomplish my goal there.
I came in to deposit a check, and the experience left me very glad I don’t personally bank with Bank of America. The building smelled old and musty, and the woman who greeted me was not welcoming at all. It was raining outside, so I came in holding my umbrella, my phone, and the check to deposit. Before I even made it to a teller, I was questioned in the lobby about why I was there, whether I was depositing cash or a check, and whether it was for my account or someone else’s. Vert slow service. They have 4 counter but only one nice lady is working. The other 3 just stand there do nothing. They should improve the service. I had this bank for 10 years never had such rude service before. Never come to this location again 😒.
