I usually get fast service here. But today Jack was the only teller and was so pleasant and apologetic for being the only teller available. While another teller came to the front only to grab her cup from her desk and then I heard her tell him he needed to wait. She went back to the back while the line just kept getting longer. One of the worst customer service experiences. My sister and I have been with BoA over 20 years. My father recently passed, and the sale of his vehicle resulted in a check to my sister and I. We both physically present to cash or deposit said check. They tell us we need to have the full amount of the car sale in one of our accounts to receive funds because it was issued from another banking institution to cash it.
