I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Bank of America branch on Park Blvd, Pinellas Park. We have been loyal customers for many years, but the treatment we received from the manager has pushed us to our limit. We visited on a Friday at 2:00 PM regarding an urgent account security issue, and instead of professional assistance, the manager was dismissive and incredibly unpleasant.
