We met with Rico Santiago to open a joint account, and he was so unfriendly. Not a single smile, no greeting, just silent the whole time. I was the one that was asking questions to even understand the differences, and why I should open a joint account. I’ve met with other Bofa Bankers before and all of them are super friendly and they explain everything to you instead of you having to continuously ask them.
