Kimberly Williams is awesome. She explained everything and his very attentive to my accounts. I have not had a bad experience since I just recently opened a new account . everyone in this bank was very helpful. I did not experience anything but greatness. I would highly recommend it. Great customer service. I didn’t have an appointment and I was taking care of as a walk-in right away.
Would give it NO stars if I could. After banking there for many years, the thieves at BOA gave away money from my account, on a LOCKED DEBIT CARD, to a fraudulent charge on the internet!! And because this "Business" created document stating that I owed them they gave it away!. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT BOA TO DECIDE WHO GETS YOUR MONEY!
