Was aware the office at this location on ft worth avenue was closing in August but was NOT aware the ATM will also close. What a mess. ..clearly not focusing on customers!Â
This location is a joke! This two tellers are very unprofessional. They kept on making fun of some elder people. I know they can be a little too much sometimes, but where is their compassion or respect for them. We have to understand that they do things at a lower pace, some don’t speak English and some are not able to use their phones or apps. They didn’t treat me that way, but I wish they would have done it to me. Today is April 4th, 2025 at 2:20pmÂ
I just want to mention how awesome the general manager Chelsey is. I've been dealing with a complex estate process. It's overwhelming. Chelsey is fantastic, even though it's a sad process, Chelsey makes me laugh every time I'm there and brightens my day. She goes above and beyond and it's clear that her staff respects and appreciates her leadership. I'm going to be moving all of my banking to Bank of America as a result. Thanks Chelsey!Â
Won’t let me take my money out after I’ve received a Zelle payment. It’s always one thing or another with this bank. I’m always running into hurtles on using my own money.Â
