Worst experience ever with this place. The ATM ate my card after my transaction to get cash for an international trip. All customer service has to say was “awww I’m sorry that happened we can send you a new one rushed” honestly doesn’t help with me leaving first things in the morning. Digital video banks aren’t any good in situations like this won’t ever use one again
Reader for contactless cards doesn’t work. Wanted to deposit after hours and wasn’t able to.
I tried to enter for an atm transaction slightly after midnight. The card reader that unlocks the door did not react to my card. The door was just locked with no way to enter.
Super convenient and clean too! They even have bathrooms, just use your bank card to gain entry.
