The door is always locked. Such a waste of time. Three out of the four times I’ve been, it’s always locked and won’t open when you put in your card.

Door is stuck locked, today is the fifth time I come, two times it worked the other three times is been the same problem, the door has an access pad where you put your debit or credit card, or you tap it with your phone, and it unlocks the door so you can access the atm, however that door is stuck locked, almost always.

Intente entrar con mi tarjeta y no abre la puerta, la primera vez que fui si funcionó todo bien, pero esta vez no pude entrar.

I love the fact that it’s open 24/7 and that you have to use your card to get inside 👍🏾 The ATM’s always worked for me, especially when I was depositing a lot of cash. I also used the booth with the Big screen 📺 :) A gentleman from Texas answered the call and was very very helpful and had more patience than I will ever have. Thank You my BofA and especially when I’m abroad for helping me with my financial needs !

There are no humans working at this bank! It's like some weird bizarro-world/Idiocracy bank where everything is a talking screen. There's no actual people there to help, just a series of screens for video chatting. I don't know why anyone would come here instead of banking on their computer at home. It's a glorified call center with a couple ATMs (that did not work!)
