I'm sad to see all the physical branches disappear and be replaced with these useless vidoe tellers. Need exact change? You will be directed to the ATM and told you can get your withdrawl in increments of $10. Need a roll of quarters? You're out of luck! Need anything that can't be done with an ATM? You're out of luck!
Something new that I have never seen before at Bank of America. It has full service with only video chat and atms.
Clean and modern location. The atms are faster then the older ones I have used. It is nice to know I can meet with a banker over video if need be. Overall a great and convenient location.
