The door is jammed. It looks like it's open at the bottom and forced closed at the top. When using your card to get in it makes the sound that it is unlocking but it is impossible to open the door.
Waste of time. None of the virtual assistant rooms provide any intuitive clear way to access a real human rep. If you want an ATM, fine. If you want a real banking experience, go somewhere else.
