Do not go to this location. They said they could not help me. Luckily I didn't give up. I went to the Euclid location and they helped me. All I needed was something scanned in. The Euclid location was the best. They were friendly, and knew how to do their job. They reported the workers for me. They want everyone to have a good experience. They are a blessing.Â

I really hate there customer service they have the rudest people to answer there phones.. with no additional information to provide regarding your concern, when I called customer service in regards of an issues they kept giving me completely different answers. DO NOT FILE a dispute claim with these people it take up to 45 days to get your money back this is the ONLY bank … that does that they have no fight for there customers what so ever they are by far the worst bank I ever worked with IN LIFE …Â
