This place is terrible. It’s a giant TV in the middle of a room of ATMs with a giant red button. Everyone can hear your conversation that’s using the ATMs because the TV is super loud, and they call it advanced, but many services can’t be completed at this location. I ended up driving there, had two other customers hear my whole issue. They didn’t offer the service there and I had to drive to another branch. Total waste of time. They should clearly list out what can and can’t be done at this type of branch.
What is going on with this institutions… why are closed? Grocery stores open retail stores open hair salons and nail salons open drs offices open veterinary clinics open car dealers open…. Etc etc etc Bank of America totally MiA… WTH. Someone explain me. Why??? This people obviously don’t want to work, the Covid excuse is old. Give me a break.. totally unacceptable and disappointed… Why people refuse to work is beyond me….
Not a bank, just a glorified atm storefront. Don't expect to get any banking needs addressed here.
