Elsa was extremely kind and helpful! Time was of the essence and a location nearby said I would have to wait an hour to speak to someone.Â
Let me first say Bank Of America is a joke. There customer service is rude and not willing to help. Had a check drawn off of Bank Of America and they cant cash it bc its above the limit of $4,000.00. What a joke you are a Bank and as long as customer has the money in there you need to cash it. I will be notifying all my clients that use this Bank to make a switch to Chase Bank and or Wells Fargo. They made me get the customer to drive down her to wothdrawl the money and what inconvenience that was for a 75 year old man. What... read more
