I had an exceptional experience today with Bear and Eboni. I came in without an appointment and got taken care of right away. Bear sat with me for over an hour and answered all of my millions of questions. Not once did I feel rushed or silly for asking something most people should know (I am new to America). This branch is absolutely amazing! Shoutout to my banker Dayle! Eboni and her team are very knowledgeable. I had to process savings bonds with a name change and she knew exactly how it needed to be done to make it as simple for me as possible and it was clear her team listened to and respected her. Never underestimate the value of a good leader. One more thing, I mentioned I had an appointment I needed to get to and they helped me straight away and really cared that I made it out of there on time!
This branch has a weird smell to it. The customer service here is mediocre at best. They’re not very personable, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in, don’t organize the money to face the same way, just overall unprofessional. If I didn’t have to come here for work withdrawals I would never again step foot in here. The parking is easy though because hardly anyone comes here.
THE ATMs ARE A CHOP. One won’t take cash deposits. The other, screen doesn’t work. It’s been 3 wks now.
