Went to get cashier check and I was told that there is only one lady who can make cashier check and she is not in the branch , come back later . Really ? No one other in branch is capable to make a simple cashier check ? Done with Bank of AmericaÂ

Waited one 1 and 30 minutes for direct deposit form to be printed while six to 9 customers got out in less than 15 minutes. The manager just keep putting me on hold 20 more minutes 10 more minutes two more minutes and so on!!!!Â
