After reading the only review for this branch I decided I needed to share my experiences with B.O.A. First off the reviewer reviewed the wrong branch. Its under the plaza drive location. I have used both of these locations as well as the one in downtown Mooresville. In the 5 years Ive lived in Mooresville I have only had the best of customer service and respectful treatment even when I once didnt agree with a B.O.A. policy. Worst service on the planet. New definition of greed and guts. I rarely complain, but the branch at the corner of Williamson and Brawley School Road has to be setting a new record in distain for the customer. Despite having a sizable mortgage, perfect payment record, excellent credit, valid ID, and living a few minutes from their branch, they refuse to cash a check for \$142. (I asked them to cash it while making a large deposit for my employer of 16 years who does commercial banking there). They seem to have a new policy th... read more
