Absolutely useless visit. This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The associates at this location are inexperienced and rude—they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Their only response is, “Call customer service.” Then why are they even open if they can’t solve simple issues? I called customer service and was on hold for almost two hours. After that, I was told they “don’t have access” and would transfer me. After four transfers, nobody could solve the problem. Absolutely ridiculous.
I went to bank there lady back ground from India she does not know how to use body languages toward customer. See needs to say thank you to visit with us but she did not thanks and said go. She needs training. How to serve customers. Go is bad toward customers. Unacceptable. We need united.
Oh my goodness, this bank has such horrible customer service! How is it still in business? The branch manager, Ritu Raina, isn’t friendly and is very pushy. I heard Wells Fargo has excellent customer service.
I had a terrible experience with customer service. The branch manager, Ritu Raina, was dishonest. I called to request a lump sum of money, and she was extremely pushy. How am I supposed to pay my workers when your checks don’t clear at Bank of America? It’s ironic because she promised to call me back about my large cash withdrawal, but she never did. It’s my money, and yet she wants to dictate how I should pay my workers. I prefer to use cash, so stop suggesting checks when I need to pay my workers with cash.
Today I was going to get $100 change from my account. After the transaction finish she gave me receipt with $1000 transaction total of withdrawal. And they never pick up the phone. This center is very worst now.
