Unable to reach bank representatives over the course of two days by phone. Not a current client but had a question I was hoping they could help with regarding a closed account. Also unable to leave a message concerning my request.

This branch customer service skills need to sharpen up. Especially the Mexican teller with glasses. I went there unprepared, it’s been a while since I bank and I worked for BOA. It seemed like me not having an account or moving too slow was getting to her. So unfriendly and so rude.
This is the best bank branch! I have been here several times, and every time I receive quick and professional help with my documents. Today a lady who was passing by immediately invited me to her desk and helped me right away. I’m very, very grateful to you! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.
