I came here to open a business and investment account and was told to download the app and provide private financial docs and SS card before I even saw a banker. I informed the greeter I would proceed with these steps once I had a few questions answered from a banker. I do not feel comfortable sharing private docs and downloading apps on my personal phone until I see a banker with the proper credentials. The outside ATM is a disaster. I recently opened an account here and was extremely vocal about depositing large amounts of cash as I get paid in cash at the end of the night. The outside ATM only takes up to 75 bills at a time and then takes 15 minutes to count it and confirm your deposit. Tried to do a second transaction and the same thing happened.
