I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this Bank of America/Merrill location. What should have been a simple request to get a CD rate and open a CD turned into a misleading, multi-step process requiring multiple visits, calls, and appointments. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I had very limited time and simply wanted the CD rate because I was comparing it with another bank. Drive through is great. Have had difficulties when attemping to obtain assistance inside. On the rare occasion I need help, I go to the branch on Woodstock and Crossville rd.
