I love this branch! I have never had such a remarkable experience with Bank of America, not in any branch! Tarun the branch manager and his female manager as well as the tellers are such a wonderful bunch and they work so well together! Bank of America is lucky to have this team.
Swanti was a sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and kind. Management was wonderful and very attentive. (A gentleman, I forget his name but he was great.) Everyone at this location operates like a well-oiled machine which is a far cry from BoFa's over the phone customer service lol.... Overall fantastic experience. Thanks!!
