Had a really good experience at the bank. Justin and Tarun were very helpful, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Appreciated their professionalism and friendly service!
Worst Bank of America unit we had ever been. Awful service from Justin. He distrusted my wife and I all the time just because we are immigrants. He resisted to do a simple withdrawal, asking for some information that nobody in other Bank of America units asks.
I was at the Bank of America located at 10750 Alpharetta Hwy and was assisted by Justin, who asked for my driver’s license and treated me disrespectfully. He requested my passport, which had never been required before, even though I have a Georgia driver’s license. His service was terrible—he doubted that I was the account owner and asked for every possible document. I had to show all of them, and he still questioned my legitimacy.
