Beautiful location here but the customer service people here are really arrogant and rude.

Dumbest people in the banking industry work at this branch.
This is a fairly decent Bank of America. Generally not too crowded, safe area, easy parking, etc. Disregard other reviews about customer service personnel treating you badly based on "how you look, or what race you are." The reviewer provided no substantiation (even explicitly refusing to do so) and I can say I've seen zero evidence of this.
