One week ago, two fraudulent withdrawals totaling $1800 were made from my Bank of America checking account at this branch in Phoenix, Arizona. I live in Austin, Texas, and have never been to Phoenix. The teller who processed the transactions was Debbie. I know this because BofA sent me an automated email to review my experience with Debbie. Seriously. Don't use BofA. Go to a small credit union. It's not worth the frustrations. They'll take your money in a snap and make you wait and wait and wait and wait to get funds back to you. Even if you have deposited the same checks from the same company with the same amount every single week for months. Never again.
