These people, they all know how to sit down and chitchat. It doesn’t know how about customer service.
This is THE most friendly BofA branch in Phoenix, AZ that I have EVER been to. The staff here are SO knowledgeable about everything banking, loans and credit card promos and are always looking for ways that are best for the client. Ricardo is an amazing manager and always welcoming. Fuad, Gisselle and Karina have been very instrumental in assisting Rick and I when we need guidance with any type of banking needs we have, personal and business. It's a pity that there's no way to give ZERO to the customer service experience with this branch. First of all, the employee who answered the phone, for the request to transfer me to the branch manager employee started laughing (is that something funny about this request?), but when FINALY BM answered the phone, I understood why the employee allows himself such a dismissive, humiliating and familiar attitude towards the customer! This is my favorite branch there always there when I need something always welcoming the only branch I usually go too love all my people there Ricardo is the best manager Gisell is so awsome and helpful Joe is always answering my questions they get me in and out so fast and efficient the only branch for me
I absolutely love coming to this bank! Gissell is always so friendly, fast and personable, Ricardo, the manager, helps me with all my banking issues and Jo has the best customer service! I have to say, the whole staff at this location are always on point and it is never a bad experience when I come here. I would give 10 out of 5 stars is possible
