Huge office, but only one teller window open, and a long line, at 2:30 in the afternoon. 4 women working there, only one working the window.
Not busy they take you straight when you get in really nice reception
I wired some money to my friend's bank in Vietnam. It took me 3 visits to this BofA branch because my friend didn't know her banks routing number.... The (female) banker was very patient and professional during those visits so we finally succeeded and my friend received the money. Thank you, Martin Eckerman
