I faced racism by unprofessional agent called Miah. I am an old client with bank of America and it was the first time facing this kind of treatment in this professional bank. She kept us waiting for 30 min and she host claints came after us although we come in time for our appointment. After this her way in treating me and my parents was cold and unpleasant.
