Horrible service, this branch is big yet it does not have any tellers, only 4 big rooms with one atm, whats the point of having one atm if it does not work.....going in to the rooms is like calling customer service, but instead of calling you video with this fake human service so called erica??? i had to travel 2hrs to get to a bank with real people....1580 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11210
This Bank of America branch is one of the nicest places I have visited and the service was really satisfactory. The staff are competent and finally accommodating. I am always happy to be there.
I visited this branch yesterday and let me just say from entering to leaving staff was definitely helpful….. Clean, knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the spot… Keep up the good work🙏🏾🙏🏾
