In the first week of April 2026 we discovered a fraudulent check was cashed by BOA and we immediately went to this branch to discuss. We were informed that the cash had not left the fraudster's account and that it would be possible to be reimbursed. The bank then chose not to freeze those funds and instead released them to the fraudsters, even after being notified. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Im a business owner and I have been with BOA For 17 years. These people you have hired to serve your customers needs are unprofessional and irresponsible including the blonde lady who i think is the branch manager. I came here couple times and they were rude and unprofessional. Look at all these 1 star ⭐️ ratings. Fire them all or close this place. Do better or i will take my money somewhere else.
