Waited forever as he was laughing talking with another guest. Waste of time. Then couldnt even do the the transaction I needed.
I had bad experience 2month ago with the branch manager and teller, I received a letter from the office and I showed the teller and he said I don't know what this is he doesn't help me just wastes time, next day I visited again for the same reason and at the entrance and I wasn't aware he was the manager but he didn't give me a waiting number but I also didn't know I needed one and but someone said they could help me so I showed them the letter and he still doesn't know what it is and told me he had a different customer so I... read more

I sincerely could not ask for a better bank to do business with, most especially since my latest experience far exceeded my expectations! Patty was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of my specific needs and left me with nothing but the utmost respect and assurance that I truly am a valued customer.
