DEI version of a bank. The staff have dull glazed over eyes, always look confused and scurry away to offices the second anyone enters the building.
Went inside to use ATM. There are 2 ATMs available for use inside. One ATM outside as a drive-thru. A security officer was present at the entrance and opened the door for me as I entered and exited. He was very pleasant, and I felt safe getting cash. I only used the ATM services; I cannot comment on this bank’s other services.
Really frustrated with this bank. Do you really need this long to cancel a check and initiate a refund? It's been 120+ days for God's sake. I mean the check itself expires after 90 days, plus I gave you a surety bond. Yet no sight of my money. Do you guys need customers to go online, beg and prostrate in front of you to do your job?
Used them twice for my business. Fast, professional, and friendly service every time. My English is limited, but they were very helpful. Highly recommended!
