Excellent service, they were very quick and responsive, helped me get exactly what I needed. Ms. Ramirez was especially helpful.
I met with a woman named Geo and had a wonderful experience! She was very nice and gave valuable insight about Bank of Americas policy’s and procedures. I was unable to catch the managers name, but he gave me a warm welcoming and was attentive to customers coming in and leaving. I’ve been banking with BOA for over four years and have yet to have a negative experience with their customer service and support.
How in the world can you even access a real person to talk with?
I should have looked at the ratings beforehand but this Bank is terrible. It seems anyone can be a teller and work here. No one was able to assist me in my financial needs and would always just refer me to customer service. Waste of my time every time I go. I eventually just canceled my account.
