Why do they not answer calls? I am glad this place has 2.9 stars. Lets continue to lower that rating please. — I hate banking here. It’ll be time to change banks here soon. The only good thing about Bank of America so far has been Kevin. I just really don’t like anything else. The attendants have often been rude But Kevin is great if you’re considering giving this hell hole a chance ask for Kevin.
I came to this location to get some mortgage documents notarized. Two identical packets, the banker was either scare to do it or was new, but he kept exiting the office and he would grab his stamp with as if I was going to grab it from his desk. After a while he decided that he was just going to notarized one packet and his suggestion was that I should make copies of the one since both documents were identical.
