I had an excellent experience with Mr. Zachary Natchgell at this branch. He spent nearly an hour helping me open my bank account and was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made what could have been a complicated process feel seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service.

Customer service will take 30 minutes and ask you to verify your account 6 times. Honestly the worst place to call
B of A attached my name an personal info to a savings and a checking account I did not open and did not authorize in any way. Went into branch with info, was told someone would be with me in 20 min before being stashed in lobby over an hour, and nobody could or would explain how my info was attached to other accounts. Closed the one account I opened, then received notice of low funds on one of the accounts that wasn't mine a few hours later. Systemically broken at best, shady stuff at worst.
