Was told on the phone to recover my online banking account at Bank of America in person. Got to this location and was given the run around and treated horribly and was left in the same place I was
Had to get a cashier's check for my new apt. Madison was super helpful and quick with getting me that and signed up for Preferred Rewards Membership.
It's not a bank. It's some cashless nonsense some guy in a suit thought would be a good idea.

If there is zero star, they will get it. The worst experience ever, we were connected with an agent through video call at the location. A guy showed up, did not help us, and he wasted our time. The bank advertised for promotion he doesn't know anything about, not sure why he is there if he doesn't know how to deal with customers. He only wanted us to leave so he can close and go home.
