If there is zero star, they will get it. The worst experience ever, we were connected with an agent through video call at the location. A guy showed up, did not help us, and he wasted our time. The bank advertised for promotion he doesn't know anything about, not sure why he is there if he doesn't know how to deal with customers. He only wanted us to leave so he can close and go home.
If possible I’d leave a zero on Bank of America! This review is not for this branch employees, rather it’s the Alaskan Airline card that is connected to a Bank of America. I’ve had the Alaskan airline card for around eight years. Having auto payments set up the entirety of the accounts. Only to have one of the accounts be charged the annual fee and for some reason unannounced to me have my auto payment taken off without any confirmation or information provided to myself. This is an ATM pretending to be a Bank of America branch.
Not a bank - no cash transactions or tellers. Basically an atm and then you can call someone on a web site. Dumb and a waste of time they need to make this known on popular gps sites like Google and Apple Maps. Total scam
