At my scheduled appointment time, I was refused service. After speaking with the manager, I had to wait another 15 minutes. I was misled that it was not possible to print the 2023 statement, when in fact statements within the past seven years can be printed. The staff showed no patience and acted unprofessionally. Such a terrible experience.
