Come here if you want to encounter rude staff, no employees are ever working, despite this massive state of the art location. The woman up front was so rude and all I wanted to do was take cash out. She said it about be about a 20 min wait… I’ll bank elsewhere for now
worst banking experience of my life. While my mom was sick and had a few months to live we filed paperwork so i would be added to her account. I brought the paperwork in and they said why didn't you just do this online? I just asked them to file the paperwork. After 2-3 months my mother died I went to the bank and found out they had never filed the paperwork. This caused her estate to go to probate which took years to finish to withdraw the funds in her account.
Difficult to withdraw cash
Horrible customer service and wait time for simple tasks like withdrawing some cash. Made me wait on the waiting are for an hour.
