Excellent service
Very long wait just for small task like exchanging money. Have to disclose all your banking needs in the lobby where everyone can hear. No privacy and really poor experience overall.
This is the worst Bank of America it’s such a beautiful bank but no one in here can do anything they don’t have tellers

Takes 30+ minutes to make a deposit in person. Only one teller in a 6,000 square foot space. Staff is unfriendly and dismissive. Everyone seems confused that they actually have a job to do.
