Walked into this branch on Sat 06 October 2025. Requested a cashier's check. Went thru the process of providing details and ID to the clerk, only to discover at the end that the printer did not work. Thus I walked out of this branch without a cashier's check. This should be an embarrassment for Bank of America to have any branches unable to perform basic bank functions such as printing cashier's checks. The fact there is no redundancy in place is a failing. On the bright side, the Bank of America online banking is excellent.Â
Worst bank ever in my life just get a counter check for one hours 3 worker but only one is working and long lines. They all just left without working. I home they could be fire soon.Â
