Terrible customer service. They only have one person attending behind the counter every time I come. They should add staff since the area is extremely busy but they don’t care. It’s been like this for years.
I went to this nearest Bank of America branch to withdraw money from my account, but they refused because my check had two different ink colors. Later, I tried to withdraw using my bank card from my mobile wallet, but they said it’s not possible without a physical card. The staff here were not helpful at all and came across as quite rigid and uncooperative.
This is the worst BOA!!!! The Customer Service is horrible and they’re rude to the clients! They need to be taught respect and improve your customer service!
I would like to leave a review regarding a very negative experience at this establishment due to the conduct of one of the managers. The way she addressed me was completely inappropriate, with an arrogant and overly authoritative attitude that is unacceptable in customer service. When line is two long there is only one person at teller this bank should put at least 3/4 teller at counter for customer services….
