very poor service here
No urgency whatsoever to help people. Huge line. Let people cut lines. Been here for 45 min already and the line has moved by 3 people. Not well trained to help people.
Este banco tiene que contratar personal URGENTEMENTE. Viernes 1:30 pm no hay personal en las oficinas para abrir una cuenta, la espera minima es de 2h. Ademas solo hay 1 cajero y la espera es de 1h para que al final no te den el servicio porque no tienen tiempo. Fui a cambiar monedas y despues de haber ido el Viernes pasado me dijeron que volviera este viernes y luego de 1h me dicen que no tienen que estan en boveda que no pueden hacerlo porque solo hay un cajero. Increible de verdad muy mal servicio super lento.
2 hour wait to see a banker. One teller with 20 people in line. We will now close all our accounts. So many other banks with no wait and better service
