Pulled up to the bank with no signs on the building on what the hours were. I just moved here and I have been banking with BOA for over 20 years. There were 2 ladies who worked there who refused to look at me when I tried to get their attention with words to ask if they were open. Another gentleman who tried to get into the building for the "after hours" service was unable to and I had to let them know that they were not open. We both left to go to the downtown branch. There should be open and close time. The two ladies working here don't even talk to you, I asked if they were close neither one sad a word. I promise I don't bite, but since I do note see the time of business on the door in front I can't tell. I have been banking with BOA since before, when you were Nations Bank. Hours of business help. Also, why can we not enter this bank after hours to use ATM? Did something happen?
