Not a great experience. Everyone was cordial but was told they couldn’t help me dig up some old statements from a closed account without calling customer service to have them mailed to me. I went to a branch in midtown and was in and out in 20 minutes with what I needed.

Hello everyone. I applied to the bank to open a card in June 2024. After that, I have been there many times. Each time they check through the computer and cancel, then re-apply for a new card. Now December is almost over, but I still have not received the card. How is this possible? They are all irresponsible. I really did not like this bank.😡😡😡😡
I would never give 1 star also.Worse staff ever.Worst service.I opened my cash credit card here ,they told me 1.5% cash back but after I saw no cash back.I went back bank also for complain but they said we could not help.I finally closed my cash creditcard and bank account also.worst bank branch.
