Horrible customer service. Employees are standing around talking and couldn't be bothered with helping customers. They act as if you're interrupting them by walking in.
This is worst service center we have in whole of bank of america service centers. No one talks with clients i had to activate my debit card and Darci one of the employe asked me to wait for 45 mins. This is ridiculous and bank of america need to work on their employe to be helpful. We pay you and does not want services for free. We need to be respected always
My cousin asked me to deposit a check Into his account, I went to this branch, the teller told me that the check was invalid and that my cousin needs to call the company that issued it. The teller would not tell me what made the check invalid but insists that my cousin calls the issuing company.
After being sent in circles for two weeks (I was about to give up), Sarah Lau at the Forest Hills helped me resolve an issue that no one else could! She was very thorough and meticulous, and she did her research BEFORE I got there so that my time was not wasted. People like her get things done I highly recommend working with her if you want someone who cares about your time and money, whether you are running a business or need help with personal finances. Terrible experience, after being a BoA customer and account holder for decades. Everyone was just standing around socializing (apart from the teller Edgar who was very helpful). The male employee who was at the front did not help with my questions about appointments and despite standing in line for 30+ minutes with the line of people expanding, he didn’t come back to help the other teller.
