Terrible experience, after being a BoA customer and account holder for decades. Everyone was just standing around socializing (apart from the teller Edgar who was very helpful). The male employee who was at the front did not help with my questions about appointments and despite standing in line for 30+ minutes with the line of people expanding, he didn’t come back to help the other teller. The staffs are very professional and polite. I stay at 146th Street, and come to bank of America by forest hills. The bank of America by Merrick Blvd are very rude.
