The staffs are very professional and polite. I stay at 146th Street, and come to bank of America by forest hills. The bank of America by Merrick Blvd are very rude.
This review is for Bank of America overall. Very solid bank. No hidden fees, no surprises, no high-pressure sales tactics. I've used them for about 10 years.
What a horrible experience. There is a Spanish teller with medium length hair…. She got an attitude, really bad attitude. She speaks in a very condescending way. If the manager would take his time and review the cameras….. idk how is she the front and representation of this bank. I read the Yelp reviews as well and seems like she is the one people are complaining about. I am definitely closing my account with BOFA.
