I had a fantastic experience opening a new account at the Bank of America in Brunswick, OH. Trinnietta McGrady was my banker, and she was incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and easy. She even stayed late to make sure everything was completed, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend her and this office to anyone needing banking services!
Had some issues with some estate accounts. Trinnietta and Victor were extremely nice and helpful, even on their lunch breaks. I wouldn't hesitate to come back!
I went to this location for help with wire transfers. The three staff who helped me were kind patient and able to assist with all that I needed help with. There was an issue with one and they followed up the next day to make sure it worked. I appreciate all their help.
Today, as usual, after work, I wanted to make a deposit, but the door was closed and the scanner you put your credit card on and it opens the door didn't work!
I visited bank to get the new credit card. There was a girl, Trinnietta, who helped me to resolve my issue. She even stayed after working hours and provided perfect customer service. I recommend this bank and especially representative Trinnietta. I will add that she looked beautiful as well✅
