Terrible service. I have multiple business accounts with BofA and the local employees would not stay a few minutes past close to get a new account started for me. Absolute terrible serviceÂ

Highly recommended. Evelyn provided excellent service on a series of transactions, one of which was relatively complicated, with the assistance of the very courteous bank manager, Ivan. Moreover, Will, the Merrill representative at the bank, was quite helpful in applying for a new credit card and answering all questions. A highly professional staff, my thanks to everyone.Â
So rude and totally treated me unprofessional because I got there at 3:54 to pay a bill I’m not trying to get a new loan or anything then I had six girls rolling their eyes speaking Spanish to each other, sighing and staring at me and when I told them, I’m just here to pay a loan payment and then I’ll be on my way they told me that they were unable to do it because there card machine, The Wi-Fi goes in and out.
