This has to be the worst BOA branch, most unhelpful staff. Don’t even waste your time and go to atacoscita instead

This branch is insane. This is like my 4th appointment. Their systems are always conveniently down. And even with an appointment the wait time is ridiculous. No one comes to the seating area to even acknowledge you.
I made an appointment for myself to open up a checking and savings account at this location. I am a first time BOA client, looking to change banks! I fell in love with this branch( and the employees) the second I walked in! I was greeted and seated, and called in exactly on time for my appointment ( I was 5 mins early). Ms Amanda Lotts is our banker, and she is going to be my family banker for life ( or at least until she moves away from BOA- God forbid that ever happens!).
