Had a teller teller tell me today she didn’t want to cash a check and deposit the money for me so I could have access to it on my debit card that I needed to go the atm and cash the check and withdraw $300 that the bank looked at your account and saw how you did something it was stupid I asked when did boa start this cause I’ve did that a lot she said she’d do it for me this time I’m so over this bank
You can never talk to a human took me 3 days to finally speak to a live person. Their automated system is a nightmare. They lied about all the fees they charge
They were all very good to work with on trying to help me
