As they say in Real Estate biz..location, location, location. Check out the parking lot directly across..Looks like a bombed out site from WW2. The entire area looks to be too downtrodden for a Bank location. Wonder who makes decisions on branch locations?
Lupe the teller was extremely rude. I had a check from a customer of mine. The same customer I’ve cashed multiple checks for in the past. She said she needed to call and verify after giving me a hard time to begin with and was very rude as I stated. She did not call to verify like she said she was going to and lied about that. I called my customer immediately after leaving the bank and they told me they never received any call from the bank. All ATMs closed. I would give 0 stars if allowed.
Very kind and patient tellers. There are two ATM's outside and parking is generally very easy to access. The wait time was also very fast and the teller was knowledgeable on what I needed done.
