The worst experience of any bank. I female stating she was the manager would not assist me with my account. She claimed she was the manager. Very rude, smug and absolutely disrespectful. This was in Pado Robles. I will close my account and move my money to a customer friendly bank.
Once again We had an appointment once again after driving 40 miles we were told the person we needed wasn't in due to "an emergency". This the second time and second branch this happened. It would have been common curtesy to let us know the appointment was meaningless. We will be definitely cancelling the Merill accounts and are deciding whether to leave Bank America completely. Since there is a rash of emergencies health one wonderful if there is plague in te area.
