Uninterested staff. Always busy, but not busy ))). they just don't want to work. There are no people in the office. They are rude. Now I go to the Livingston branch. The people there are very friendly.
I'm very grateful to banker Alex today for helping me successfully complete the wire transfer in the shortest time. My daughter's house closing was successfully completed today.
Moving to another bank mostly because of this branch. Withdrawing some cash is always a pain. No management there. Employees are managing the manager.
If you are unlucky and get to this bank at the wrong time, the wait is ridiculous. There are always 3-4 employees but only one working to help customers. I receive checks that, for some reason, don't work and can't be deposited in the ATM or with the mobile app so I have to go in person. Part of the problem is that there are a bunch of lonely baby boomers who spend 15 minutes chit chatting with the teller or not understanding how banking works rather than just getting their business tended to quickly and respecting that ther... read more
