The customer service is terrible. I had never seen white people with such a bad attitude; there was a person of Indian descent ahead of me in line, and the racism was palpable while he was being served. I know they might not be the easiest people to deal with, but customer service is about treating people in the best possible way. I came in to deposit a good bit of cash that I didn’t feel comfortable going to the ATM to do. Melissa was working with me but had a attitude and made several unnecessary smart comments. Not sure why she was being so rude. Apparently she wants us to fill out a sheet when depositing cash before getting to the clerk. When she asked if I had it with me before I could even answer she was like “nope you don’t? Great”.
