I came in to deposit a good bit of cash that I didn’t feel comfortable going to the ATM to do. Melissa was working with me but had a attitude and made several unnecessary smart comments. Not sure why she was being so rude. Apparently she wants us to fill out a sheet when depositing cash before getting to the clerk. When she asked if I had it with me before I could even answer she was like “nope you don’t? Great”. Very inconvenient because they opened too late and close too early. Even on Fridays. I'm thinking about going with different bank
I went here a little bit ago to drop off documents and it was overall unpleasant. The front reception was grumpy, rude, and had an attitude. I was there for maybe 2-3 minutes. It was my first time here, and first impression wise it was very disappointing. Just to drop off documents, it was ridiculously intolerable.
Came in to open an account with a significant deposit. They put me with a lady who then referred to me another lady in securities who was busy at the time & said she would call me. Never did, I called her & left message after not hearing from her. I simply wanted to verify posted online rates & open a account. They lost a significant depositor. I'll stay with Wells Fargo & my securities broker.
