Inconvenient hours, more often than not there is the same rude teller working
Claudia Huerta is the sole reason this review is receiving five stars. She addressed my needs and swiftly helped resolve my issue with a lost cashier’s check.
Terrible location. Drove my wife from Abington, VA so she could open an account. Even got a speeding ticket en route. Drove an hour for her to be told her ID, Passport and old maiden name ID couldn't be used to open her checking account. The employee was very dismissive and rude. I will be closing my savings, checking and two credit cards asap. We will find another bank where we feel welcome.
