This is the most disorganized place I have ever seen. I was standing in a line, and then the manager told me I did not have to be in that line and I could sit down. He explained nothing about why or who would be helping me, and this resulted in nobody helping me, while other people that came in after me were helped first. It is not hard to have a line and just help people as they come in, and they have made it harder than it has to be.Â
