The staff was friendly, but the line waiting was kind of longer than usual.
I am quite surprised to see the negative reviews so I am offering support for this branch. I am biased I guess because I love BofA. It is the only bank I deal with after I simplified my life in retirement. I have always had positive experiences here. I don't mind a little friendly conversation and I have never been annoyed by it. And I have found the bank manager to be extremely helpful to me and my sister earlier this year when we encountered a nonstandard situation.
They were able to help us immediately when we walked in (on a Tuesday morning); the staff all seemed friendly. It was also possible to schedule an appt online.
What should have been a short transaction turned out to be the hour long of learning English and staring contests. At first, I offered the bank clerk peace and cooperation. But he just rolled his eyes, snapped at me and demanded my ID. Then he stated that he was born in Utah, with that, he was entitled to correct my pronunciation. I’m not sure why, but every time I come to this branch, I end up feeling very uncomfortable. The male bank teller here is extremely intrusive. I came in to make a simple deposit. It’s completely understandable to ask questions for verification purposes, and I have no issue with that. However, after I clearly stated that my business is in the food and beverage industry, he proceeded to ask unnecessary follow-up questions like what type of food and beverage, where I’m located, and even mentioned bringing his daughter to my bus... read more
