I’m not sure why, but every time I come to this branch, I end up feeling very uncomfortable. The male bank teller here is extremely intrusive. I came in to make a simple deposit. It’s completely understandable to ask questions for verification purposes, and I have no issue with that. Nice bankers, good parking, smooth experience!
The older Vietnamese man teller always has an attitude. Just need to get my services done, no need for a side of attitude. shameful he’s still representing this branch. Never had a problem with Chase next door. Would recommend banking with them instead.
Very sad they don’t cash out coins if we don’t put them it their packages. But we tried them out and the packages do not fit the coins. The dude at the counter is not being helpful at all, very sad.
