This branch had been stealing my elderly moms money for years. And telling her she can't close her account without paying the credit card she has with them. Well how the he!! can she if yall are stealing her money.
I regret coming in here because Mr. Eric was a waste of my time I ask him a question and he responds with “that is the question you are asking now.” I didn’t want to respond in any other way that would have made the situation tense but after we completed the transaction he did not provide me my paperwork (for opening a new account) so now I don’t have my account number I am having an issue logging in and I can find the details I need to get in.
