I visited this branch to withdraw my own money, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, I was asked why I needed the money. I found this question unnecessary and intrusive — it’s my account and my funds. Second, I was told I had to wait for a manager to approve the withdrawal before receiving my cash. As a preferred customer, being treated this way felt unreasonable and frankly disrespectful. Generally speaking, i have nothing but very poor experiences with BOA. i mean numerous and repetitive, April and Brandon are most incredible assets your corporation has. they are sharp and on the ball, they are willing to help and extremely knowledgeable, i walked in very angry on a friday night 30 minutes before closing, just being stuck in a blizzard and non moving traffic for an hour and a half, with very complex issues regarding accts. that are locked down due to death of my uncle-- i mean, i was hotter than a hornet. th... read more
