Went to cash a company payroll check at this branch where my company has an account and was denied by the bank manager Andrew who stated at the onset it wouldn't be a problem. Andrew stated the bar code on the bottom of my check wasn't printed at the right level to process. I took the check back to my job only find out that all the checks were printed in the same fashion and not a single employee I'd spoken too had problem cashing there's at other bank of America branches or depositing their checks at their personal banks. The manger is absolutely rude and awful. Wouldn’t even give me my money that I have been waiting for. Now my business is suffering. Never coming back ever. Awful.
It’s always a problem with the man standing by the door. I needed a voided deposit slip. There were 2 free tailors. He was persistent that I return during the week to get it. My phone just broke so I couldn’t access the app to print it out myself. I work the hrs the bank is open. Finally a woman comes and kindly gave me all I needed. It took her 2 minutes right there. So thankful for her time.
I use this Bank of America branch for my business banking, and the staff is exceptional. They are easily the nicest team I’ve worked with at any bank branch. Eman Ryan in particular was incredibly helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Best of all, if she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she clearly outlines the steps to find out. I totally suggest this branch because they’re quickly and the managers are awesome. They have a Spanish speaker and Portuguese.
