I called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was so rude, so I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. This was on 8/19/2025 3:30pm.
I have been a customer of bank of america for almost 10 years. I have multiple accounts with them and have never really had an issue until now. I few years ago, I refinanced my car and was able to get a good deal through them. I PERSONALLY HAND DELIVERED my title to this branch and went about my life. Finally, I paid that car off.
