I had a wonderful experience at this BOA branch . Wedad and her manager were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took me in right away and helped me solve my problem. My English is not very good, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail before I left. Worst experience. One teller with so many people in line. I am patient but this place tested me. The teller was not sincere and looked annoyed.
Service usually efficient but, today was so slow and they were so short staffed I had to come here to complain
