Yvonne helped me set up a business bank account and she made it really easy and was knowledgeable on the computer systems.
There is always a problem at this branch. No tellers working, someone greeting you at the door asking to help you at the ATM instead of seeing a teller because the teller had to go on break and they have no one else to jump on the counter. Not good for a Friday at 11:00 a.m. I'm a business and I have a lot of things to do and going to a different branch is not conducive to my days plans. Do better Bank of America.
Very bad experience. They treated me extremely badly for speaking 100 percent English, even though I speak 80% of it. Really bad service.
