It is unbelievable that the teller entered the check memo details as the payee on the cashier's check, particularly since this handwritten information was provided at their explicit request. Unfortunately, I failed to notice it at the moment, resulting in a wasted processing fee. I discovered the error on the same day and had to urgently rush to another branch to have the check reissued. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this BOA branch . Wedad and her manager were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took me in right away and helped me solve my problem. My English is not very good, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail before I left. Worst experience. One teller with so many people in line. I am patient but this place tested me. The teller was not sincere and looked annoyed.
