Location wise, I preferred the one in saddlebrook. As far as this facility goes it's great, parking is easy building is clean and nice.Everything is set up efficiently. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I don't use the drive through because I prefer to deal in person

This bank is the worst of all ! Stay away!! ATMS NEVER WORK !! Ever. And the customer service inside is even worse. Workers have a nasty attitude and they are super slow. Clearly corporate has no intention of fixing this branch bc these bad reviews have been going on for years and no changes have been made. Hints the 2 stars!
