I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this bank. Despite having set up auto-pay, I was never notified of a delayed credit card payment while I was out of the country. The auto-pay system failed, and when I visited the branch seeking assistance, instead of helping, the manager only added to my frustration. I closed my Business Account! Reported fraud on my account and they treated me like I wasn’t important! Lied and said I couldn’t be verified after they allowed me to remove online banking and phone numbers associated with the account to reduce fraud risks! I asked for someone higher than the manager on duty and she lied and said no one is Available today , tomorrow and so on! I got a roll of quarters however there was a nickel within my roll. Losing money from withdrawing from my own bank seems backwards.
Someone fell asleep they so slow extreme long wait times !!! Not fair ridiculous
