Every BOA I have been to takes forever to get to a teller. It’s not just the Lodi location either. I’ve gone to the one in Clifton and Belleville over the years and it takes at least 30-60 minutes waiting in line.
Been here several times and every time they don’t have any staff to help with business accounts. Never have this problem at other locations; avoid if you can.
Yuliana is the best. This woman deserves a raise this instant. We’ve been Bank of America customers for years and everytime I walk in, she remembers me right away and makes my life much easier than she needs to lol.

My experience here is very terrible felt like was profiled and disregarded like other minorities when it came to cashing a check no reason was given other then they can’t but I told by online customer service that it is up to the bank’s discretion to choose not to cash a check me and another gentleman of color were told the won’t cash it.
