very racist rude manager and staff . Avoid at all cost
friendly service and comfortable place
Slow, inefficient, short staff
Customer service at this branch is really bad; I have been a BoA client for over 20 years, yet I have never had a bad experience as I have had at this location recently. For example, today two individuals/associates that were one was simply standing around doing nothing and the other one was sitting on his desk looking around and killing time, neither was welling to help brake $100 bill, but they both simply tell me to stand in a long line at the teller.
