I had an amazing experience with Nelfa Wright at Bank of America. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and the time she dedicated to my visit. It made a big difference for me, and I left feeling confident and very satisfied. Thank you, Nelfa, for such excellent service! Highly recommended.
I wish I could give a zero in stars. This bank is the absolute worst. Slower then slow Only 1 teller. They truly need new management Again the worst bank !!!! Constantly have lines, lack of tellers, pull tellers from windows to help customers that sit down. 3 people that are literally doing NOTHING. Can you please get management in here that actually care about customers. And know what good customer service looks like.
My Husband, Bob and I have been with BofA for over 2 decades in NJ & Oregon. We have always been very happy with the service and personnel. They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and now that I am an old lady in a wheelchair they are very kind. BofA is The BEST!!!! Thanks very much.
