Against better judgements i accepted a check today from an elderly woman for a vehicle sale. I get it. She is elderly. Old fashioned and doesn't purchase with cash. Went into her bank to cash the check and was told that yes there is money in the acct. Enough to cash it. But yet they wouldn't cash it due to the high amount. $4000. Then they had the nerve to ask me to consider opening an acct. with them. I laughed even though I was furious. I have been a customer of B of A for over 20 years. I have had nothing but excellent service in person most recently, and over the phone when my debt card was compromised. There phone App is also top-notch. I always recommend Bank of America when asked about financial services. I recently had my teenage granddaughters open a checking account and they were treated respectfully and with kindness by each staff person they interacted with. Keep up the great job Bank of America.
We went into the branch and got our questions answered to my mom's account. Very patient woman as our teller Jasmine L. Was excellent help and her smile was inviting. Thank you so much and to Amanda for assisting her aswell great management.. ☺️Thank you ladies.
