As a thirty-year customer of Bank of America, it’s disappointing to see the decline in service at the Winnetka branch. Firstly, the hours of operation are highly inconvenient, limiting access to the bank’s services to a narrow window on weekdays only, making it a challenge to visit without altering my schedule.
