I wish I could give negative stars. The people at the branch are incompetent; we had to call the main office several times, and even after doing so the branch still screwed stuff up. Cornelia, the manager, explained to me just now that she “did not know” that the main office needed certain documents—even though when we were on speaker with the main office together they explained what they needed. Do not bank here if you value your peace, your patience, and your money.
As a thirty-year customer of Bank of America, it’s disappointing to see the decline in service at the Winnetka branch. Firstly, the hours of operation are highly inconvenient, limiting access to the bank’s services to a narrow window on weekdays only, making it a challenge to visit without altering my schedule. I have never had any financial establishment treat me like I was anything but a number to them until today. Ismail assisted me in picking up my foreign currency order and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I have been a Bank of America customer for many years and can say that this location is like no other.
